We’re sorry you didn’t have a good interview experience. For key roles we do ask some difficult questions due to the important nature of the work we do. As for the time frame, although as a job seeker 2-3 weeks feels long, some of our positions touch multiple businesses and provide significant contributions to our continued growth—so it’s important to take the time to make sure it’s the right fit for both parties.
Home Health Care, Inc. does provide benefits under the ACA – in fact, some of our clinicians have the best benefit packages available in the market today. We do have a couple of start-up sister companies that, although not large enough to require participation in the ACA, make every effort to offset the cost through increase salary for personal benefit premiums.
For candidates who are not offered a position, we make every effort to give personalized feedback to those who come onsite to interview with our team. Being transparent and providing real feedback vs. a template rejection letter when we don’t move to offer is an approach we feel is more personal. With our continued growth we can then reach back out should the right position present itself. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving our processes.
