I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Home Instead (Cardiff, Wales) in May 2018
Interview
2 people interviewed me. Asked me general questions very relaxed gave me questions to fill in whilst they went away for 15min and then was offered a position there and then
Wasn’t really an interview at all, they gave me the job right away which seemed strange. Need to go back for background test and drug test as well as orientation / training.
The interview process was rather standard except for the fact that the interview stopped once they knew my address and told me I had to go somewhere else within the company. None of this was explained in the listing.
Very easy, basic interview questions and just be yourself. They asked tell me about yourself, what are you strengths and weakness and why did you want to work with them
