Interview
You will first apply online and it will be an over the phone interview. If they like you, they will give you a call back for a tour around the store. This is when you are able to accept of decline the offer. It was a great experience.

I wish I had gotten this job, the whole entire team seems like a great bunch of people, the vibes were great, lowkey not a great job career path wise but still would have been a good option to have. the interview was not hard but i was so nervous 💀

Interview
Extremely easy and stress free, went in there much more prepared and nervous than I had to be. Didn't feel very traditional interview style felt much more like a conversation...a little awkward at first but then would get off on tangents about random stuff and laugh about being so far off track.
They first called me on the phone to schedule an interview. I went in and it was very casual, we just sat inside the store. Very casual, tell me about yourself questions.
