Interview
The interview was easy, lots of questions but nothing unreasonable. It was fairly informal, there was a list of verbal questions about how I performed at previous jobs under certain circumstances and why I feel I would be good at this job.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HomeGoods (Owings Mills, MD) in Jun 2016
Interview
When I arrived at the interview, the hiring manager was in the back room helping out so I only had to wait 5 minutes for the interview to get started. She immediately started talking about the company and asked me some simple questions from a sheet. It felt more like a conversation than an interview. It was very relaxed, but I would still recommend dressing professional and bringing in a copy of your resume. She told me that I could choose to work in the back room sorting products or working the cash register. Also, you get paid $9 an hour for the first six months and $10 afterwards. There is a 10% employee discount and an occasional 20% discount around special events. When it was done she said she call me to update me. Unfortunately, they froze hiring shortly after my interview, so I didn't get the job.

Fill out application and wait for manager to call you back to come in. Process too a bit long since only 1 out the the 3 managers does the interviews. It is a 1:1 type interview and while there you will have to do a background check/ phone screen with the main TJX Company.
