Initial communications were friendly and informative, and I felt at ease talking to the recruitment advisor. Following communications were prompt and I wasn't kept waiting for answers to any queries I had, nothing was too much trouble! My expectations were set at every stage of the interview and hiring process. The interview was everything I expected from a competency based interview, but I was made to feel at ease and the hiring manager was friendly and honest about the role, and also the next steps if I was successful.
