I obtained first interview with them through a recruiter which was with the hiring manager. We went through details of my work experience and everything else on my CV. I was asked multiple questions regarding the culture of the company and how will I fit into it. I was asked to come for second round interview that included a 30 mins T-SQL programming test, 1 hour interview with CTO and head quant and then another 1 hour interview with a senior quant and a technology director. Both second round sessions included extension of 1st round questions with a lot of scenario questions and loads of inquiries about what I have done before.
