Recruiter reached out to me to fill out an application about 2 months after I applied. I filled out an the interview form and was then called to come in for an interview. The interviewers were nice but not super personable... they didn't really ask me much about myself before going straight in to the interview questions. They used the STAR techniques for all of their questions. My interview lasted about 30-40 minutes total.
