Very Japanese. You must show you are a humble individual, that you are diligent and would not rise voice against your superiors. You should also show them that you will put in enough efforts to learn Japanese.
Zoom Interview, Apply through their website and submit a set of video recorded answers. Around 5 questions. Easy interview process and hiring. Interview was for production line associate position. Onboarding and hiring process with 3 day training program.

Experience, Past challenges overcame with co-workers.
Interview was divided into three stages and it was not very competitive, but few challenging questions. In each interview you will have three people in the room asking you multiple questions not all of them are related to your job directly but its aim is to get to know you more as a person.

Sat down with a manager and discussed the role of the the position. Asked if I was willing to comply with the demands of the job. (eg. long hours, heavy lifting, etc.)
