Sent in email online and it was sent to a recruiting company. Was contacted by recruiting company within a few days. The following had a phone screening then within a few more days had a phone interview with someone in HR. Was then asked to come in for an on-site interview about a week later. Ask as lot of S T A R formatted questions. Explained the positions available well and made the process relatively painless.
