It is a very structured interview process of 60-90 minutes, but my interview ended up being 150 minutes. It was a panel interview consisting of a team of senior engineers and management. They asked several questions in the STAR format. (Situation, Task, Action, Result). They asked me to review my resume history. They asked me how I overcame a difficult situation at work. They asked me to rate my excel skills and then followed up with questions about my ability to use macros. Prepare for interviewing with Honda by knowing your work history, achievements, and specific stories you can recall. I’d suggest watching some YouTube videos on STAR interview questions honestly.

First interview, you sit down with an engineer with the team and he asks questions in the STAR format. Then goes on to talk about the company and position. Very good interview process.

Met with recruiters at the career fair, received a phone call later that day asking to meet on campus for an interview the following day. Met with the same 2 people that were at the career fair. said they would contact back in 3 weeks
