I saw the recruitment post online, thus I applied for the Marketing position in Honda Car department. The process is quite simply. Firstly, my CV passed the CV screening. Then, I received an email informed me to go to the factory located in Vinh Phuc for the IQ & English test which took approximately 3 hours. There should be around 100 candidates there. The test is not too difficult. Next, I am invited to the first interview with HR, Marketing manager. This interview is quite general to introduce myself and the professional experience I have been through. The second interview is to meet up with Japanese director to talk more about the role. In the second interview, it seems like to inform you about what you will do, and you are likely near the goal. 1 week later, there will be HR department phone you to speak about the result.
