A 1/2 hour phone interview by the manager, followed up with a panel interview with the design team. In the first interview, the manager sold me on the company culture and went over the job. He then had some questions of me along the lines of my resume. The panel included software, hardware, and test team project leads and the manager. They alternated from a list of questions they had prepared beforehand.

Was contacted by a recruiter to gage interest in the opportunity. Setup in person interview for the very next day. Interviewed with hiring manager and another manager. Was contacted by recruiter less than an hour later asking my salary requirements and requesting to set up a follow-up interview with another manager on the team the next day. Had the interview the next day. Was contacted a few days later from the manager with a verbal offer. Due to some negotiations which required higher up approval it took about two weeks to get the written offer and start the onboarding process.
