My first Interview was with the HR department were they asked about my previous experience and it was pretty standard, the second was with a lead member of the materials management staff and they tried to see how well my conversation on English was, finally I had an inerview with the Materials Manager and we talked about my previous experience and my attitude thowards new challenges.

The interview process was intensive with critical thinking, but when you're hesitant the interviewer guided you forward. Half the interview was questions about how well developed your attitude is towards positivity.
