I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Honeywell (Geneva, OH) in Jul 2017
Interview
I was referred by an employee. I got a call if i would be interested in a position and if so to apply. I applied two weeks later i had a phone interview questions on why i was interested and whether i could commit. I had the opportunity to fly out to the facility and took a tour and had my second interview with the engineering director.

Question 1
Behavioral questions, tell me of past experiences that demonstrate specific skills
Typical behavioural questions but you will drift off a lot. The recruiters like to make normal conversation in between questions so expect casual talk. Will also talk about the different aspects of honeywell.

Question 1
When was a time you faced criticism and how did you deal with it.
A first round interview with the hiring manager and some light technical questions (all ME fundamentals - beams, heat transfer etc.). There was then a long online quiz. First there were a bunch of reading comprehension Qs, with wording designed to trip you up. the second portion was a click-thru word association test that lasted 45 minutes.

Interview
A very good interview process. Spoke directly with people on the team I was interested in. They were thoughtful and asked direct questions relating to my experience. They were thoughtful, considerate of my time, and helped me see how my experience and expertise could fit in with their team.
