Unecessarily intensive. Revelian testing, panel interview, General manager interview. My advice is don't waste your own time and money interviewing for this company they are not serious about hiring they are ghosting candidates as their business focus is primarily software. They made an informal offer which they withdrew 3 months later as they couldn't get HQ approval.
