Experience absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. I have been contacted by them on the 10th of December, stating that someone was referring me for this position. I have been obviously enthusiastic; during the first call with their HR, I have been pointing out the fact that if they really wanted me for that position, we should have finalized it as soon as possible cause I have had received another offer. The HR lady gladly confirmed the interest of their HR director, after one week, for then getting lost. On the 23rd they contacted me back through another HR colleague, which was asking me if I was still interested in the job offer, I have obviously claimed that I was still looking for their reply, hence she apologize and fix the interview with the Hr manager for the 27th. On the 27th, the hiring manager did not show up and I have done then another interview of 1.30 minutes with another hr lady; I confirm my interest saying that I have decided with the other company that sent to me the job offer, to start instead of the 4th of January on the 1st of February, in order to accomplish the hiring process with Honeywell, and I have asked as a favor, even if they would not consider me as a good fit for the company, to notify me so that I can sign the contract with the others. On the day 6th of January I drop a reminder, the HR lady, reply again with hypocritical apologies saying again excuses as that the hiring manager was off and that the first thing he/she would have done when was back (on the 10th of January) was to contact me! Now it is the 24th and I am still waiting for them to contact me; 44 days from the first contact! Absolutely disappointing and unprofessional procedure, I have wasted under Christmas, time that I could spend on my family instead of preparing on the interview, rather than that I could have started with the company that sent to me the job offer on the month before! An excellent and respectful way to treat candidates, congratulation! Avoid this company for your own well!
