Greeted instantly and short wait for interview process to begin. Interviewed by two employees, very laid back people. Informed of what the company does and expects of employees. CAD skills test to end the interview.
I applied as my first job out of school. I had an initial interview on campus where I was asked questions about my school, research, co-op experience. Then a month later, I had an on-site interview with a hiring manager where we talked job specific questions specific to that project

Interview
So far, I have had a phone-call screen then I had a phone interview with a mechanical engineer supervisor. It was a general interview for most Honeywell positions and was mostly behavioral. I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone-screen, then after applying online , got the second interview
