Interview
The day after I got my resume to a colleague that worked for Honeywell, I was contacted by a hiring manager, and was invited to fly out for a site visit. The site lead spent an hour or so on the phone with me, allowing to me get a good feel for what the job entailed before even flying out. Once on site it didn't feel like an interview. I spoke to the manager on the way to the site, and met the folks working on-site. They showed me around, took me out to lunch and I had a verbal offer that day.
