I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Honeywell
Interview
The first round was telephonic which had technical questions. After few days got a phone call from HR that am selected for next round and it was scheduled a day after they called.
The Management is so poor that they never sent a confirmation mail nor did they schedule any meeting. Had to follow up with HR multiple times if the interview will happen. The HR was like"How was the interview". Informed her the interview did not happen.Later she checked and gave silly replies like my skill set isn't matching and they selected me by mistake. Had to skip my office that day man!!
And again the HR called and told that she spoke with the guys and convinced them to conduct an interview as the first round panel members were impressed with my performance and they can not reject me.
Again I had to skip my commitments during the weekend and had to prepare for the interview
But the Same thing happened. No confirmation mail, had to follow up with HR multiple times and when mailed them they completely ignored me.
Why you people despite having a reputed name outside can't do a simple thing as you said and waste people's time?
Please take this as my feedback.Your professionalism has to be worked upon.
