Interview
I was contacted a couple of moths after I applied as the recruiting staff has changes several times in the period. 3 months in, I was scheduled to have the final interview with the hiring manager, but I was announced the day before that the position was no longer available in Romania.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Honeywell (Hanover, NH) in May 2021
Interview
Both Honeywell representative I spoke with were very friendly and took a lot of the stress out of the interview process. We spent some time discussing my past job history and then I was asked several questions about instituting new products for their line of PPE products.

I applied online. I interviewed at Honeywell (Shanghai, Shanghai)
Interview
The interviewer was not professional and not polite. It was the worst interview I have ever had.
The interviewer strongly doubted the reason why I went to Europe and worked there for 4 years. I understood that she thought it was not normal and is usually very hard for Chinese to get a job in Europe; however, after my detailed explanations (really honest answer without any lie), she still didn't believe it and was just sighing in front of me twice.
This experience was just incredible and I was shocked that this was Honeywell level.
