It was a full day at the division headquarters in Minneapolis MN.
Lots of individual interviews with other design team members and other managers. I was interviewing for an Industrial Design Lead role and sat down with folks from the UI/UX ground the ID group including the VP of the group. The morning was made up of individual one on ones or one on two's in small conference rooms. Usually about an hour with questions about my past experience, what I want to do and why I was there. I had lunch with the hiring manager and the VP at an off-site restaurant. Both these guys were fresh out of Whirlpool design. After lunch I gave a presentation of my choosing to the entire team (about 25 people) of ID, UI and UX folks. I simply gave an overview of my work and experiences. In general it was a great process. Like all interview processes it was stressful.
