I was asked to undergo an online sales and personality assessment for about 1 hour, and I have done it overnight because they told me that it needed total focus and no disturbance at all for a smooth assessment process. It was a total disappointment when I followed up the assessment process, through email and whatsapp text message for few times, they didn't even bother to reply or feedback.

Interview
Firstly you made a video in a platform where you ask several questions about the job, you only get to record it once so you got to be prepare to answer the questions right away.
Once you get to that filter, you get invited to a panel interview with the director of the division, Director of sales, Managers and other Director you will be reporting to directly or indirectly.
This panel interview is a case study whicih you have a week to prepare and present. it´s an hour time, where the first 45 mins you get to present the case and the remaining 15 mins is a Q&A´s from the Directors to you.
If you did well they will call you again to make an offer and this is when the negotiation starts about the base salary, and commisions and the rest of benefits from working in HW. They (as all of the other companies) will try to bid you as low as possible and you will have to argue the salary you want/need but it can get quite rough, but that´s just their MO.
