The phone interview was conducted by an outsourced company overseas. Though the man was EXTREMELY hard to understand, he was very patient each if the numerous times I asked him to repeat himself. I then had my DDI test, which were a stream of behavioral questions, immediately following the successful completion of the phone screening. Once I completed the DDI, the gentleman who conducted the phone screening said that a recruiter would contact me to coordinate my on-site interview. The recruiter contacted me 2 days later, and verified my on-site interview 4 days afterwards(which included Saturday & Sunday). My on-site interview was conducted by two very nice individuals who eased all my nerves with their positive attitude. They asked general behavioral questions(i.e. "Name a time when you were put in a difficult situation", "What would your previous employer say about your......?", etc.). The interview lasted approximately 1 hour. Two days later, an on-site human resources representative contacted me by phone to let me know that "they liked me & wanted to move forward". I was invited to take a BTC test which evaluated dexterity, ability to identify quality defects, tool precision, reading, spelling, math(from basic math to algebra to pre-calculus), hand and eye coordination, & memory. I was notified by the same HR representative by phone 3 days later(including Saturday & Sunday) that I passed that test, and was extended an offer of employment.
