Interview
Two phone interviews, one in person (on campus). The interviews were very casual and were not technical at all. Have stories ready to talk about your past experiences. Honeywell needs to revamp their recruiting to capture more capable recruits.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Honeywell (Provo, UT) in Sep 2017
Interview
They brought me in for two face-to-face 30 minute interviews. Both interviews went well, but they later asked me to do a follow-up interview over the phone which I thought was strange. Most of the same questions were asked again, but usually phone interviews come before the actual face-face-face meetings. Especially since I had already met my phone interview in person previously.
