Interview
I had a phone screen with a recruiter to ask me about my experience and background in manufacturing. Unfortunately, I am recently out of undergrad and this is a mid-tier position not an entry level position so I feel as though the role might have been a poor match.
The process was very relaxed. The first part was an HR call and then an interview with the hiring manager. I didn't get an offer but the overall experience was positive.
