I interviewed with the Honeywell office in Atlanta, GA in 2020. The company used an internal recruiter to screen candidates and schedule interviews. This process went smoothly. I did an initial screening with the recruiter (basic questions about my qualifications and experience) and quickly scheduled an initial interview with the position's supervisor. I was asked standard questions about work style, communication style, and my creative process. The interview went well, the recruiter called back promptly (within 72 hours) to schedule a second interview. The second interview also went well and ended with the interviewer telling me the recruiter would call back within the week to schedule a final interview. The following week I had not heard back so I emailed the recruiter to follow up about the position and the potential third interview. No answer. I waited another week before calling the recruiter to inquire about the position. Still no answer. I understand that every company cannot personally respond to every candidate that applies for an opening, but in my opinion, after a phone screening, and two 40-minute interviews the least they could have done was send a form response that they'd selected a different candidate. I don't think I would interview with this company again if given the chance. If this is how they communicate with a candidate, I'd hate to find out how they communicate with employees after they've signed on.
