interivew process was not fair. They always have favoured candidate, mostly girls or arabs speakers. they are heavily discriminatory company. They publish interview for name sake. everything is under the table. not transparent company. anybody can get any role there if they get referral from right people. people frm finance do IT job. Sales guy does planning job and candidate is chosen based on face value rather than her skill set/ knowledge attitude. interviewer seemed not interested, half way through interview, they said I have another meeting. I will drop now.Lack of empathy, lack of sincerity, lack of transparency. Totally useless and wastage of candidates time. Full of false hope and shallow inside.
