I applied through college or university. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Honeywell (Phoenix, AZ) in Apr 2022
Interview
Two behavioral interviews, one with recruiter one with manager both were 30 minutes long. There were some technical questions but they were very simple and all were CAD based or simple calculus based questions.
1-on-1 with one of the team managers. She was super nice and pretty easygoing. Just asked me a couple of questions about myself and then explained to me the roles I would be expected to do as part of her team.
I applied online. I interviewed at Honeywell (Tewkesbury, England)
Interview
It was mix of technical and previous experience. Mostly focussed on the hands-on experience and club activities i did during my studies. Three rounds of selection process. Starting with telephone interview, followed by video interview and final call to the site location.
