I was contacted within 2 weeks by an HR recruiter who set up a phone interview with another HR recruiter which was followed by in person interview with hiring manager. The in person interview was very friendly - she asked standard questions but spent a lot of time just talking to me.

Very comfortable. No trick questions just relevant questions to the job requirements. I don't have all day to answer these questions i have to look for a job. You should only make us do this once in a while.
