After receiving an initial screening and being told I would advance to the next round of interviews, they ghosted me for 2 weeks. The recruiter stated the hiring manager was out for the entire week but refused to provide any updates until I followed up again. They then stated they finished interviews a full 7 days prior with no communication. Ultimately wasn't given a chance to showcase my skill set and background.
