1 screening interview with recruiter. 1 interview with two people via phone. 1 panel interview and another face to face with Human Resources. A complete waste of my time!!! Next time don’t waste someone’s time and not offer them the job. Getting people’s hopes up after four dang interviews. Sickening!!!

Question 1
Behavior questions. They asked me why do I want to leave nursing and become a call center rep. Well I do what I gotta since my body will not allow the physical demand. Keep in mind that I have over 20 years of customer service experience. The interviewer also had an attitude questioning me about being stationary all day.
Easy. I applied online and took a test. I took the test and got a call to interview. I interviewed and a few days later I got the job. It took about 1 month from time of application to offer.
