Friendly, amiable, and very conversational. I found the good folks of Horace Mann to be easy to talk to and very helpful in answering my own questions about the job and the company. It felt like the interview progressed very naturally and was more than just a generic job interview. I was selected for a follow up interview that was a bit more of a description of the day-to-day and how I see myself fitting in, then was offered the job a week later.
