I wasn't contacted until months after applying. I went on three different interviews. One with HR, a panel interview with four different people and then an interview with the director. After getting strung along for about two months of interviews they told me that they didn't have openings for claims reps in my area even though it was a remote position. To say I was dissapointed was an understatement. They had been telling me how great of a fit I was, and how I would be great for the team the whole time. It was such a waste of time.
