I applied online then was contacted by a recruiter via email. Scheduled a phone screen with the recruiter— this was pretty standard. After I spoke with the recruiter I was asked to schedule an video interview — interviewed with two people about a week later. I got an offer about 3 days after my interview then began the background check process.
