First I filled out their online application. A few days later an HR person named Dana called me for a phone interview. At the end of the phone call she scheduled me to go in for an in-person workshop interview process with several others, 10 days later, at a hotel in Seattle, where the position was available. In a small conference room at the Hilton, about 12 of us listened to the HR guy, who was friendly and clear. Then we watched a video about the company. We broke into groups and got to know each other a bit and presented what we learned to the overall group. Then we were called out for personal interviews one at a time.
