The process is fine, once it gets going. They are apparently overworked and don't have much time for reviewing candidates or interviews. I had to follow up many times, but my persistence paid off with interviews... 4 rounds, to be exact. Standard questions and answers. Nothing shocking or really insightful. Fine people, just really in need of better balance in workload.
