I had a phone interview for a digital position and was told I would hear back soon regarding the position. I didn't hear back so I followed up with an email, and still nothing. I am surprised at the fact that I received no update or response. This is highly unusual and not something I can say I have experienced in my career before. It would be appreciated if your team could extend the professional courtesy of updating potential candidates on where they are in the process, it is only decent.
