Before I had even finished filling out an application on their internal site, a chatbot cold-called my cell phone without identifying that it was a chatbot nor which organization it was calling on behalf of, then asked basic questions that would already be answered by the application form. This felt both wildly inefficient and also deeply disrespectful to me as a candidate.
