I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hornblower Group (Chicago, IL)

Interview

It took about 30 minutes and it was a more relaxed interview. The interviewer did not have her camera on which made me feel less under pressure. There were two rounds of 30 minute interviews, one with the hiring coordinator, and one with the director of marketing. Both were fine.
