Application, then had to get 3 references, then the interview which went great. Just had to interview with one person which was the supervisor of the floor that I got hired onto. The interview in person took about 30-45 minute. I got a call for the interview about a week and a half after I had applied online. After the interview I had a job offer about a week later.
