Very poor experience and unprofessional process. The process entailed eight interviews, including a week-long case study exercise. The process was painfully slow, stretched out over two months. After this exhaustive interview process - including meeting with executive leadership - I was only provided an email from HR explaining I was not selected for the position. "The company does not provide individual candidate feedback" but I was told that the hiring manager changed the required work/industry experience they were looking for. At the very least, I would expect the hiring manager to have the respect to pick up the phone and give a brief explanation to candidates that invest this much time in the process. Based on my experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
