Phone Screen, interview with interim lead, technical assessment, interview with sales manager. Overall I enjoyed the role, the industry and the vibe of conversation until the Sales Manager level. It started off well and went downhill fast that made me lose interest (and respect) quickly. Pro tip: Do not ask candidates that were laid off for no fault of their own "Why you?" Though my answer was positive and understanding, I cannot believe the lack of decorum and sensitivity that directed contradicted the values I was led to believe this company operated on. Best part was having quick interactions with the recruitment team to being ghosted despite following up.
