The recruiter interview conducted virtually and described the positional need as requiring the candidate to be able to present complex medical information or data into easy to understand presentations. The target candidate was a bachelor degree holder but the recruiter realized that fulfilling the role with such an undertrained degree holder would not be possible. Rather the role needed a terminal or master degree holder. I hold a terminal degree and was told I would be forwarded to the PI for follow up interviews. I sent a thank you letter after the interview and even a follow up email, with strategic positional questions, to settle the next interview date. My response was ghosting. I have yet to hear back Houston.
