The interview process was pretty easy, just a wait due to interviewing other candidates. I applied online and received a call about 14 days later for an interview. After I had the interview I finally got the call about 3-4 weeks later.

Interview
Easy, laid back. First had an over the phone interview with a recruiter, followed by a phone interview with a panel from the department, and finally an in person interviewed quickly followed by a call with an offer as soon as I left the building. Interview included typical interview questions.

Interview
The entire experience was very professional and the HR staff was very accomdating. The hospital is the #1 in Texas and on the top 100 best places to work. I applied and it took almost two months to hear something back. I was called in to interview fo a PRN position which is basically full time with no benefits and they will fill those first before they offer you a full time position with benefits so beware. Also, take the time to research the person you are interviewing with via LinkedIn. Cuts out the awakwardness sometimes if you have a little information about them to share in conversation.
