Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself.
What are your time commitments?
Went to the in-person interview at Boca Raton location, arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled interview time, thought it’s going to be quick and done but no, I was waiting for around 50 minutes to be called for interview. If restaurant was just busy I would understand but the thing is I was waiting for so long because they were interviewing around 5 people before me, including 4 people which arrived AFTER me. I arrived 5 minutes early because I know time is a currency, and I didn’t want to waste interviewees time, sadly they didn’t think that my time is worthy, instead they called everyone who doesn’t respect their time (were late to their scheduled interview time). Overall I just hated it, it felt miserable.
The interview itself was easy and super quick, no hard questions. They asked about my experience and what is the main part of being a server, that’s pretty much it
Face to Face at a table, easy conversation, management was accommodating and the interview was very short and to the point. You will pick from times after their lunch rush in Calendly. He will ask a few questions and allow you to ask any if you like.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Houston's (Irvine, CA) in Sep 2023
Interview
talked to me told me to come back next day where a different guy talked and they said they would move on with me but never called. it didnt seem like they communicated
