The interview went really well, and I felt very at ease with the interviewer. Although I made a lot of mistakes during the one-hour interview, she made sure I maintained my confidence. Speaking with an interviewer should allow one to express themselves freely and without worrying about being judged.

They commit to a high salary early on (after the 1st or 2nd interview) but then, after the final round, randomly cite a "poor review" to justify offering significantly less—sometimes 50% lower than the promised amount. The lack of transparency and the bait-and-switch on salary is unacceptable.

I had 4 rounds for the interview and then there was a one to one conversation with the CEO too. However even after interviews and calling for a face to face interview in the end my offer was low balled.
