Began with a email from the recruiter. Scheduled a call to discuss qualification towards the position. The interview was open forum communication with providing more insight to my past and current employment and role. Learned more about Houzz and what they were looking for in the candidate. Next round of interviews was a Zoom interviews. The first was more details towards the position and the expectations along with my skillset for the position. The second Zoom interview was a battery of "what would you do" questions. After asking the questions, no interactions, spent more time typing and looking at the computer screen for the next question. For a 30 minute interview, more than half of the time was based on those type of questions. Way overkill.
