Interview
The interview process is thorough, although it gives you a great understanding of the position and the expectations of the company. Before landing the job, i had interviewed with 4 different representatives at Houzz including the Founder of the company. This was very exciting, because you know that the company was serious and saw that the employees are their biggest and best investment.

I didn't find many of the questions difficult. I found, similar to my beliefs that there dose not need to be any difficult questions in an interview. I felt like the interview was an indepth conversation of past experiences and future goals. This too sold me on the idea that Houzz was the right choice.

Lengthy and asked about summer between high school and college, which was quite strange since that was over 15 years ago. They did role play and really focused on everyone being number one at everything they do.

The first call was easy-going. A lot of information was given to process-However it was very thorough. My overall impression was that the recruiter loves the company she is working for.
