The interview process consists of multiple rounds, starting with an initial phone interview asking basic questions about your background, mainly pertaining to what you were involved in during high school and college. Following the phone call, you are emailed a questionnaire asking similar questions to complete before a one-on-one interview in person. The first in person interview discusses the position and more about high school/college involvement. Following that, the next round is another one-on-one interview as well as a mock phone call/role play activity. During the process, a background check is conducted and your references are contacted. Everyone was extremely nice during the whole process, making you feel as welcomed and comfortable as possible.

Question 1
Most questions focus on high school activities/involvement
Phone screening, two in-person interviews. Very basic get-to-know-you kind of questions. They were interested in what you were like in high school. They used to have the philosophy that your high school performance dictated your professional performance. Not sure if this is still the case.
The interview process was lengthy and you have to go through a fair amount of interviews. There are basic question & answer interviews, and then there was a simulated customer experience interview as well.
