Hiring process went relatively quickly, one month total from applying to being offered a position. During my on-site interview I was given a tour of the Palo Alto office and everyone seemed really friendly and welcoming. This interview was 2 and 1/2 hours long, they had me complete a design case study for 60minutes and then give a presentation on the work I had made during that hour. Be prepared to present in front of 5-7 people on both the recruiting team and the design team. After the presentation they had me guide them through my online portfolio and highlight certain projects. Interview questions were fairly straightforward. They were mostly interested in my process of designing, and how I work.
